OUR new orleans ROOTS……
This company is rooted in great tasting cusine from the Cajun/Creole traditions of Louisiana. The family business was birthed by generations of chefs from New Orleans, LA. After the horrific misplacement caused by hurricane Katrina in 2005, the family relocated to Atlanta, GA to start a new life. Resturant management and hospitality services grew amoungst the family’s profession. After being introduced to the film & television industry, the rest is history in the making.
